Clove Rewards terms.

Clove Rewards is a restaurant loyalty program for qualifying paid dine-in visits at Clove, 1434 Tutor Lane, Evansville, Indiana.

Stamps

One stamp may be awarded per verified paid dine-in visit, regardless of bill amount. Multiple bills from the same visit do not qualify for multiple stamps. Staff must verify the POS receipt.

Reward

Eight approved stamps issue one voucher for 15% off the next qualifying bill, capped at $15. The reward cannot be redeemed on the visit that earns the eighth stamp.

Eligible subtotal

The discount applies to the eligible subtotal before tax and tip. Taxes, tips, gift cards, and excluded items are not discounted. Staff applies the discount manually in the POS. Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash and may not be combined with other discounts unless Clove explicitly permits it.

Expiry and misuse

Voucher expiry is governed by the policy displayed by Clove when the reward is issued. Attempts to duplicate receipts, misuse rewards, or manipulate account activity may result in review or suspension.

Privacy

Clove uses account information to operate the loyalty program and support customer requests. Customers are not automatically subscribed to promotional messages. For support, call +1 (812) 303-0930.

Owner should approve these terms and add a complete privacy policy before launch.
